At BOCS Self Storage, the health and safety of our customers and staff is our number one priority. At this difficult time we believe it is our responsibility to do everything we can to ensure that we continue to provide emergency access to secure self-storage whilst doing all we can to keep our customers and staff safe and healthy.
Further to the Prime Minister’s statement on Monday 23rd March 2020 and in line with the Government’s latest restrictive measures, as of Tuesday 24th March 2020 the following operating guidelines will apply.
Our opening hours are now restricted to Monday to Friday 10am – 2pm. Access outside of these hours will not be permitted.
We will be restricting the amount of people who can access the building at any one time. Access is now by appointment only. You must phone or email in advance to be allocated a suitable day and time slot for access.
We ask customers to follow the latest Government advice around social distancing and to keep a minimum of 2 meters apart. We also ask that no more than 2 persons at any one time visit the site.
In an attempt to minimise person-to-person contact in our store we are now encouraging all customers to make payments either over the phone between the hours of 10am – 2pm or by bank transfer and refrain from entering the Reception area unless absolutely necessary.
We would like to remind our customers that if you are showing any symptoms of the Coronavirus, we please ask you not to visit our store at this time.
